Dispatch
Our dispatch team are dedicated to getting your order on its way to you in the fastest time possible. Order dispatch may take a little longer in the below cases:
If you’ve ordered outside of our normal processing hours, or on a Bank Holiday
If we encounter a sudden stock shortage of one of your items. In this case we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Delivery within Ireland/Northern Ireland
Orders under 30kg:
Once your order is received before 12pm our dispatch team can send your order out the same day for next day delivery! All parcels are shipped with our delivery partner DPD.
Orders over 30kg:
Once your order is received before 11am our dispatch team can send your pallet out same day. Delivery for pallets is 1-2 w/days depending on your area. We work with a number of freight companies around the country to ensure that we can provide an efficient pallet delivery service.
